Alpha Phi Sigma

ALPHA PHI SIGMA recognizes academic excellence of Undergraduate and Graduate students in Criminal Justice, as well as Juris Doctorate students.

The goals of Alpha Phi Sigma are to honor and promote academic excellence, community service, educational leadership and unity. Alpha Phi Sigma is the only Criminal Justice Honor Society that is a certified member of the Association of College Honor Societies and affiliated with the Academic of Criminal Justice Sciences.  Each semester, qualified students are inducted into this prestigious society and membership is a great way to distinguish yourself from your peers.  In addition to maintaining excellent GPA's, students get involved in several community service projects throughout the year.  It is also a very effective avenue to network with criminal justice professionals and gain valuable information for future jobs and/or graduate school.

Students will receive an email at the beginning of each semester (Fall and Spring), inviting them to apply. Requirements are below:

  • 3.2 overall GPA
