CJUS Curriculum – Prior to Fall 2017
Requirements for Completion:
~ To complete the old requirements for the CJ major, students must have (30) hours in criminal justice {including the CORE courses (CJUS 1100, 3100, and 3101) plus one course from the law enforcement, corrections, and legal areas (9 hours), and (12) hours of criminal justice electives}; (3) hours in statistics (1220, 1221 or 1222); and (3) hours in a Foreign Language intermediate conversation level. An overall 2.0 in major courses is needed to graduate. Students must also complete a minor or second major and earn a total of total of 120 hours to graduate.
